The Blum range of tool measurement touch probes provide simple, robust and highly precise solutions for tool detection, tool setting and tool monitoring.

The simple and robust Z-Nano axial probe is a highly refined solution for precise tool length measurement at a low investment cost.

Blum Laser Control NT Precision Laser Tool Measurement System With IP68 sealing against coolant ingress and highly effective chip protection, the probe has been proven to have excellent reliability in harsh machine environments, in thousands of demanding machine applications.

Suitable for precise tool measurement at a measuring speed of up to 2,000mm/min, the Z-Nano probe allows probing cycles for tool detection and monitoring to be implemented with minimal impact on machine cycle time.

Extraordinary measurement repeatability, down to 0.0002mm, is facilitated by the combination of the probe's advanced mechanical design, extreme manufacturing precision and Blum's wear-free optical trigger technology that will maintain this precision after years of operation.

A low force option allows the probe to be used to measure tools as small as Dia0.1mm.

A selection of cabled, infrared and radio communication methods provide practical installation options to achieve the ideal probe position in a wide range of machines, including 4-axis applications.

Other probe models in Blum's range include the ZX-Speed range of probes for tool length and diameter measurement, as well as the extremely compact Z-Pico probes and the TC53 and TC63 modular probing systems for special applications.

The all new TC76-Digilog probe provides the capability to rapidly scan tool surfaces to obtain precise, high resolution contour deviation results.
