All new Hamar Stealth S-670 provides a class-leading mid range laser shaft alignment system.
The field proven Hamar Stealth S-670 shares many advanced features with its more powerful laser shaft alignment sibling - the Stealth S-680 to deliver a powerful but affordable laser shaft alignment solution.
Both alignment systems provide fully wireless operation as a standard feature, via a Bluetooth communications module that is fully integrated within the alignment target and the hand held control. The seamless integration of the radio link inside the laser target delivers truly compact and genuinely wireless operation.
The use of the radio link also does not compromise battery life, with the targets internal LiPO battery providing up to 12 hours continuous operation before a recharge is required.
The alignment system is fitted with in-built rotation sensing to allow fast auto sweep alignment measurement over any available shaft rotation range greater than 60 degrees, by simply rotating the coupling. Data measurement starts and stops automatically.
They additionally feature environmental protect to IP67 for all components and a rugged hand held controller featuring a high resolution VGA touchscreen.
The S-670 is aimed at the mainstream laser alignment market, with the standard kit including a versatile high quality all metal shaft clamping system, auto sweep horizontal shaft alignment capability, automatic green light tolerances, soft foot correction, thermal growth targets and coupling or jack-shaf graphics.
The system has a 3-axis measurement capability and is able to provide live 2-axis graphics and move values to alternately guide either horizontal or vertical alignment corrections as required.
A wide range of optional alignment software features are also available that may be activated at any time to address special alignment requirements.
These include Pass Mode for fast and accurate uncoupled laser alignments, a dedicated vertical shaft alignment procedure, train alignments, user defineable tolerancing and pause mode for taking multi-segment laser alignment readings.
